Support Technician (Intermediate)
Full-Time, Hybrid
Sterling Grace Technologies is looking for a full-time Support-Technician (Intermediate) to join our team, contributing to onsite and remote support for our customers’ technical needs. Supported technologies will include but not be limited to:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows and Linux Server environments
- Active Directory
- Remote Desktop Services
- Remote Monitoring and Management tools
- Network Software/Hardware
- A variety of operating systems
- A variety of desktop software solutions
Our business also offers professional, web-based custom software development services. Although experience in this area is not required for this position, some continuing education opportunities will be available for those wishing to expand their knowledge into web/software development.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service
- Strong understanding of technology concepts including networking, desktop and servers, software and hardware
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma; college or university degree in Computer Sciences and related fields is a plus.
- Driver’s License and their personal Vehicle for customer site visits
- Report to our Brockville office at least two days per week while working from home for the remainder (Hybrid)

Administrative and Marketing Coordinator
Part-Time, Hybrid
The successful applicant will assist the Company in achieving its’ daily, monthly and annual sales and marketing goals, other administrative tasks, and perform related work as required.
This position reports directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
- Project management record maintenance and report preparation
Marketing Coordination:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Attend occasional networking events outside of standard business hours
Sales Support:
- Engage with customers, handling inquiries and providing detailed product/service information.
- Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, sales, and/or marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma; degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is a plus.
